No.23756of 2025 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION No.23756 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authority in granting permission for conducting the exhibition scheduled from 12.09.2025 to 27.10.2025. The petitioner proposes to set up stalls relating to handloom readymade garments, household articles and other entertainment activities at the proposed exhibition. A representation dated 31.07.2025 was submitted by the petitioner to the respondent. However, without passing any orders on the application of the petitioner, the 2"'"^ respondent issued proceedings under Section 461 of the A.P. Municipal Corporations Act on 30.08.2025, directing the petitioner to obtain prior approval respondent. It was further submitted that if such approval was not obtained, the temporary sheds already erected nd from the 2 would be removed without further notice. 2. The learned standing counsel for the 2l"^ respondent, on written instructions, submits that an endorsement dated 04.09.2025 was issued to the petitioner, calling upon him to submit additional documents, including the title deed of the proposed site. It is further submitted that the petitioner’s application did not comply with the necessary requirements and as such, the endorsement was issued -3- W.P. No.23756of 2025 directing him to furnish the required information. It is also submitted that in the event the petitioner furnishes the information respondent authority would verify the documents sought, the and pass appropriate orders granting permission to conduct the exhibition. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the 2"" respondent, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission leaving it open to the petitioner to submit the documents as called for by the 2'"'^ respondent vide endorsement dated 04.09.2025. Upon such submission, the 2^^ respondent shall verify the documents and pass appropriate orders granting permission to conduct the exhibition from 12.09.2025 to 27.10.2025, subject to the documents being found in order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. 4. 5. Sd/- P.
