Case No. 89 of 2023 (State Vs. Naresh Kumar and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 582 of 2014, under Sections 446 of Cr.P.C., Police Station- Sikandra Rao, District- Hathras, whereby an order has been passed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
