The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.561 dated 13.12.2024 registered under Sections 376, 506 & 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 67-A of Information Technology Act, 2000 was added later on) at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of affidavit dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the complainant. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Satnarayan, submits that the petitioners are not on bail. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action at an appropriate stage. 4.
