On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.235 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 279 & 304(A) of IPC. After the registration of the FIR, the vehicle, which was originally alleged to be involved in the accident, bearing Registration No.TN 23 R 1909, was subjected to motor vehicle inspection. Thereafter, it was found that the said Tractor was not involved in the accident. 3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered.
