None appears for the Informant when the matter is called in spite of service of notice. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 4. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishannagar P.S. Case No.85 of 2025 pending on the file of learned Spl. Court under SC & ST (PoA) Act, Cuttack for commission of offences punishable under Sections 192/ 296/ 351(2)/ 351(3)/ 356(2)/ 3(5) of BNS read with Section 3(1)(s)/ 3(1)(r)/ 3(2)(va) of the SC and S.T. (PoA) Act and Section 66(C)/66(D) of I.T. Act. 5. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals of the Case Diary submits that the Petitioner has not been charge sheeted. 6. In view of the same, since there is no perceptible threat of arrest, the ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of. 7.
