Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the said defects were superficial and typographical in nature and he undertakes to remove them within two weeks after restoration. Considering the grounds taken in this petition, the prayer for restoration of W.P. (C) No. 2189 of 2019 is allowed which is restored to its original file.
