This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience/non-compliance of the order dated 04.05.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 569 of 2009 of the order.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Union of India submits that the
order passed by the writ Court has been set-aside by order dated 03.10.2024 passed in L.P.A No. 335 of 2021. As such, he submits that the contempt case may be disposed of.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the instant contempt case is dropped.
