Perused the material on record. None represented for the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions dated 07.09.2025 and would submit that basing on the complaint given by the wife of the Petitioner, respondent Police called the Petitioner only to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry and his aged parents were never called to the Police Station. It is a matrimonial issue and no crime is registered against him till date and requested to pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against him except following due process of law. No order as to costs.
