The respondents shall pay interest on delayed payment of encashment of unutilized privilege leave to the petitioner @ 6% per annum from the date it was payable till the date of its payment. 2. The exercise be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today failing which the interest shall be leviable @ 9% per annum from today and the Officer(s) responsible for delay would bear the enhanced component.
