2. The concern of the petitioner is that the Primary School in Sunil Nagar, falling under the territorial
Patna High Court CWJC No.5351 of 2023(7) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 jurisdiction of Rupauli Police Station in the District of Purnea be provided with 36 decimals of the acquired land so that the school could be run on an independent building.
3. The aforenoted 36 decimals of land was acquired but Mr. Khan, the learned SC-25 submits that the land in question has now been de-notified.
4. However, in the interest of the school in question, a decision has been taken to attach it to a neighbouring Middle School till the time separate school building is constructed.
5. There is no reason for us to delve into this petition any further.
6. The petition stands consigned.
