Heard Mr. Tanmay Thomas, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Prafulla Bharat, learned Advocate General alongwith Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Dy. Advocate General appearing for the respondents/ State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1 That, the respondent authorities may be directed to quash the amendment vide notification dated 20.01.2023, in clauses 05, 06(a)(b) & (c) and 07, also quash and set aside the forms called for option vide letter dated 25.01.2023 and 24.02.2023, in the interest of justice. 10.2. That, any other relief/reliefs which may deem and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 3. At the very outset, learned Advocate General has pointed out that the prayer made in the present petition is wholly misconceived and the same has been filed without appropriate prayer which may not be entertained. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not rebut the aforesaid preliminary objection raised by the State and seeks permission of 11 this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with proper prayer. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection. 6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7.
