This petition has been filed to initiate a contempt proceeding against opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 10.05.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2820 of 2022. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reasoned order has been passed but the grievance of the petitioner has been partly redressed. He submits that the liberty will reserve with the petitioner to take appropriate steps in connection with the reasoned order. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding which is hereby dropped. 5.
