Petitioner claims for regularization for the post of Anganbari karyakartri as she has worked as Anganbari Sahayika in the Gram Sabha Ranipur Narahi, District Basti as earlier Anganbari Karyakartri working on the post in question, namely, Smt. Sonmwati Devi has already attained the age of superannuation. It transpires from the record that petitioner has made an application form in the year 2024, copy of which has been brought on record as annexure 4 to the petition. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with direction to petitioner to move fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made, competent authority will look into and consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization against post in question provided of course, the post in question falls within the promotion quota. Appropriate decision shall be taken by the competent authority in accordance with law within a furtheer period of one month.
