None appeared either on behalf of the petitioner or respondents No. 1, 2 and 3. [2] In the present case, the petitioner is claiming an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (rupees ten lakh) as a Gratuity and another Rs. 8,00,000/- (rupees eight lakh) on account of Unutilized Leave Encashment. By an order dated 07-05-2026 passed by this court in the present writ petition, this matter was referred for mediation for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement. After rounds of mediation proceedings, the Mediator submitted a report dated 23-06-2025 and the said report clearly indicated that the parties have amicably reached a settlement.
