Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs; 2 / 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for record of the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to order the respondents to pay the balance pension amount with all arrears on the name of the petitioner's husband from his retirement till the month October 2024 to the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly also be pleased to order the respondents to settle the pension of the petitioner instead of her husband and pay the full pension with all arrears alongwith interest of 12% p/a. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant Any other relief, which may deem-fit and appropriate..” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is getting pension and arrears of pension of Rs. 13,66,148/- has been released after the order passed by this Court on 12.12.2025. She submits that the sum of Rs. 4,17,805/- has been withheld. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that the said amount is recoverable from the dues of the deceased employee and therefore, it is withheld. The proposed recovery is not put to challenge by the petitioner. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that she will file appropriate proceedings challenging the recovery sought to be made from the death-cum-retrial dues of the deceased employee by filing a separate proceedings. 5. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties and the nature of reliefs as sought for and further considering that except the alleged recoverable amount, all other dues has been paid to the petitioner, I do not find any good ground to continue with this writ petition any further. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to take recourse to law to challenge the recovery of the amount of Rs. 4,17,805 as sought by the respondents, if she so desire. 6.
