Learned counsel for the revisionist apprise to this Court that the present revisionist has already been granted regular bail by this Court and in the instant revision the order rejecting the bail application has been assailed. He further submits that since the revisionist has already been granted bail, therefore, the instant revision has now rendered infructuous. 4.
