1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 Call for the entire records of the case especially pertaining to passing of the impugned orders ANNEXURE P/1 and ANNEXURE P/2 for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 Issue writ(s) / order(s) / direction (s) in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders ANNEXURE P/1 and P/2 i.e. order dated 23.10.2020 and order dated 17.12.2019, respectively. 2 10.3 Issue writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents’ authorities to grant physical possession of pond ‘Parameshwara’ to the petitioner for the purpose of fisheries which was granted to him on lease for 10 years, as per the agreement signed between the petitioner and the respondent No. 3. 10.4 Any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner against the respondents.”
2. At the very outset, Ms. Shreya Daga, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this petition may be dismissed being rendered infructuous.
