JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order
[2025:RJ-JP:28986] (2 of 2) [CW-17681/2019] 30/07/2025
1. Looking to the limited prayer made in these writ petitions, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent No. 3 to refer the dispute to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee be directed to resolve the dispute within the stipulated time.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per Clause 23 of the agreement dated 24.07.2013, in case any dispute occurs between the parties, the same would be resolved through the Standing Committee. Counsel submits that the petitioners have already completed the requisite formalities for referring the dispute to the Standing Committee, but the respondents have not referred the dispute to the Standing Committee for the reasons best known to them, so appropriate direction be issued to the respondents in this regard.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, both writ petitions stand disposed of by issuing a direction to the respondents to refer the dispute of the petitioner to the Standing Committee within a period of three weeks from today.
4. It is expected from the Standing Committee to decide the dispute expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
