The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 27.1.2025 as well as order dated 17.8.2024 passed by A.C.J.M.-I, Ghaziabad, in Case No. 1737 of 2005 (State vs. Waheed Pahalwan and others),e proceedings of Case No. 1737 of 2005, arising out of Case Crime No. 887 of 2004, under Sections 147, 364, 34 of I.P.C., P.S. Loni, District Ghaziabad, whereby non bailable warrant has been issued and proceedings under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. have been initiated. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
