The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.08 dated 01.02.2025 registered under Sections 74, 190, 191(3), 305 & 331(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Phool, District Bathinda. 2. As per office report, respondent No.2/complainant has been served through father-in-law, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of her. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. 4.
