JUSTICE HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR ORAL ORDER The petitioner’s appointment to the post of Lineman was cancelled on the grounds that the appointment was obtained by producing a fraudulent Caste Certificate. The petitioner filed an appeal against the cancellation order, and the Appellate Authority granted an interim stay on the cancellation. 2. The petitioner submitted representations to the respondents requesting the release of his salary, arguing that since the cancellation order has been stayed, the salary should be released. However, the petitioner’s grievance is that these representations have not been considered. 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submitted that the representations will be considered in accordance with the law if given reasonable time. 4. Therefore, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 05.11.2022, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:484 WP No. 101787 of 2024 30.11.2022, and 05.09.2023 (Annexures-‘G’, ‘H’, and ‘J’) within a period of two months from the receipt of this order.
