The petitioner was aged about 45 years, by the date of filing the present writ petition and now he is aged about 55 years. It is not clear whether the petitioner is still interested to pursue the claim made in the present writ petition or not? In case, if the petitioner is serious in pursuing the relief sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit fresh representation before the respondents 4 and 5 by making necessary claim. In case, if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner, within a period six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the respondents 4 and 5 shall consider the name of the petitioner for sponsoring to the post of Assistant Engineer under M.E.
