Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner has approached this Court, with a complaint that her husband has been missing, since 01.10.2024 and the police officials are not taking necessary steps to trace his whereabouts. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that, there were certain financial disputes between her husband and certain persons at Hyderabad and that her husband has not been responding to calls after he had travelled to Hyderabad along with his father. 3. The petitioner approached this Court, on the ground that, the police authorities, despite registration of the complaint in Crime No.801 of 2024 in the 4th respondent – Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, have not taken any steps to trace the missing person. 4. The 4th respondent, has filed written instructions, which show that the 4th respondent has not been negligent in tracing out the whereabouts of the husband of the petitioner. It appears that the process of tracing the whereabouts of the husband of the petitioner is still going on. 5. In such circumstances, we do not deem it appropriate to keep this Writ Petition alive. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of any future difficulties. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
