The petitioner has come forward with present writ petition without resorting to available legal course of action to register his purported grievance to the Deputy Commissioner, Doda or the Director School Education, Jammu; Chief Education Officer, Doda; Zonal Education Officer, Bhatyas, Doda, that his alleged land in khasra No. 208 min measuring two Kanal and ten Marlas situated in village Chilly Paine, tehsil Bhalessa district Doda, cannot be usurped for any purpose much less for the purpose of setting up a government school. 02. In view of this omission on the part of the petitioner to first approach the aforesaid officials, the institution of Serial No. 147 2 WP(C) No. 1056/2025 this writ petition is nothing but a legal adventurism which warrants to be curbed. So, this writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. 03. This court is sparing the petitioner from the burden of costs as may be because he acted upon the legal advice rendered by his counsel which this court reckons to be an irresponsible legal advice making the petitioner, a resident of far-flung area to bypass the Deputy Commissioner, Doda, and also the other local officials and to come up with the present petition in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, at Jammu. For the act of irresponsibility on the part of the counsel, the court is sparing the petitioner form the costs. 04.
