The Superintendent of Police-responde nt No.3 after conducting enquiry, has recommended for issuance of renewal of arm licence to the petitioner for further period and addressed a letter to the District Collector-respondent No.2 on 22.01.2024. However, the matter is still pending consideration before the District Collector-respondent No.2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the 4. matter is pending before the District Collector-respondent No.2 for consideration, this Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 5.
