In the meantime, operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 09.07.2024 is stayed.” As per the office report, the appellant has not deposited the demand draft of Rs.15,000/- before this Court as litigation expenses. Today, none appeared on behalf of the appellant to argue the matter even in the second round.
