Perused the case diary. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including statements of witnesses pointing towards the alleged role of the present petitioner and the injury report which shows a severe injury inflicted on an eye of the victim leading to globe rupture and iris tissue prolapse, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2421 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
