Report dated 5.5.2026 from the Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes and Excise (Excise), District Kangra at Dharamshala, has been placed on record by the State, which shows that there is no liquor vend existing at the given spot. The dispute was regarding the opening of a liquor vend at the site in question, within 100 metres of the National Highway, as per the representation received
