3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the present crime is under investigation and that appropriate directions may be passed to police and may dispose of this Criminal Petition.
3. Learned counsel for Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition may be disposed of.
4. In that view. Police are directed to conclude the investigation with regard to the subject crime and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible by following due process of law. It is made clear that in case. Petitioners have any
3 grievance, they are liberty to file a fresh petition before appropriate forum as per law ventilating their grievance, if so advised.
