Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. 3. Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader has produced a copy of proceedings of 3rd respondent, dated 26.08.2025, through which the petitioner’s dealership of fair price shop No.1019036, T.P. Palem of Nagalapurammandal was cancelled and the 6th respondent herein was appointed as temporary fair price shop dealer. 4. In view of the fact that pending the present petition, the petitioner’s authorization of the fair price shop was already cancelled by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 26.08.2025, instead of going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to close the writ petition with 4 a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 26.08.2025 of the 3rd respondent, if at all aggrieved by the same. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
