Subbarao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.69 General Administration (Ser.B) Department, dated 24.07.2023 and dispensed with the qualification of passing of Typewriting examinations both in Telugu and English for the post of Typist / LD Typist / UD Typist / Typist-cum-Assistant, to the persons who were appointed on compassionate grounds. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner appeared for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) examination and passed the same. 3. Given the developments, pending the contempt case, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 12.07.2021 in W.P.No.13203 of 2021 and the Contempt Case is closed.
