Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioner claims that his representation with regard to the objections raised to question Nos. 10, 73, 81, 86 and 127 declared in the answer key dated 30th October, 2024 has not been considered. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner ought to have questioned the order dated 30th October, 2024 prior to finalization of the selection as selection results are now published on 13th March, 2025. Upon a pointed query being made learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate from the records as to when did he apply for objections, nor could justify reasons as to why he did not approach this Court against the decision of selection board in finalizing such objections under the order dated 30th October, 2024 prior to the finalization of the selection process. Mere representation will not condone the delay and laches moreso, when the final selection result has come to be declared. In such above view of the matter, therefore, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
