While placing on record communication dated 25.11.2025, issued under the signatures of General Manager (Admin) Himachal Road Transport Corporation, which is taken on record, learned counsel representing the respondents states that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, services of the petitioner have been regularized from the date his juniors were regularized in the Level of 06 of the pay matrix of Rs. 25600-81200 subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.
