Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s brother is a minor and the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent authorities are directed to strictly follow the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in connection with Crime No.115 of 2025 on the file of I Town Police Station, Bhimavaram. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
