SECRETARIAT, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, PIN - 695001 2025:KER:28886 WP(C) NO.2385 of 2025 2 BY ADVS. SHYAM KUMAR K.T. HARISH R. MENON(K/245/1999) SRI. PREMCHAND R. NAIR,SR.GOVERNMENT PLEADER THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HERAD ON 03.04.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 2025:KER:28886 WP(C) NO.2385 of 2025 3 JUDGMENT Dated this the 3rd day of April, 2025 The petitioner was appointed as UPSA in the Raja’s High School, Nileshwar on 06.06.2006 under the 3rd respondent’s Corporate Management. The petitioner was transferred to Raja’s AUP School, Achamthuruthy and joined duty on 05.06.2007. 2. The petitioner has been working for the last 18 years in that School and during all these years the petitioner filed several applications for transfer to her parent School, which was not considered. The petitioner filed Ext.P4 application on 30.11.2024, which is also pending consideration before the 3rd respondent. 3. Since the request for transfer of the petitioner was not considered so far despite several attempts and Ext.P4 representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the petitioner approached this Court seeking to 2025:KER:28886 WP(C) NO.2385 of 2025 4 direct the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation forthwith. 4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader representing respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. 5. It is seen from the pleadings that the petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 representation to the Manager seeking a transfer and posting to Nileshwar. As the petitioner has made a representation to the Manager, it would be only appropriate that the Manager considers the same and takes appropriate decision thereon within a period of one month. The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of one month.
