Tlanthianghlima is present. Learned counsel submits that the steps have been taken on the sole respondent by way of dasti and affidavit has also been filed. 2. Today, when the matter is called, Ms. Laltlanhlui, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the sole respondent and submits that they have no objection with regard to the prayer in the I.A. for condonation of delay. 3. The Court has gone through the reasons for delay set out in the application and find out that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant/appellant. 4.
