(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.5 of 2022, in the court of Sessions Judge, Bageshwar, which is based on FIR No.27 of 2019, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 3 of The Uttarakhand Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2005, Police Station Kapkot, District Bageshwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail by this Court. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
