Page No.# 2/2 In deference to the earlier order dated 30.03.2026 Mr. Justice Prasanta Kumar Deka, Former Judge, Gauhati High Court, who was appointed as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate and decided on the dispute arising by and between the parties has furnished a written declaration under Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In the said written declaration, he has expressed no difficulty or hardship to act as a Sole Arbitrator in the matter. In that view of the matter, the appointment of Mr. Justice Prasanta Kumar Deka, Former Judge, Gauhati High Court to act as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate and decide on the disputes arising by and between the parties in the connection with the deed of sale dated 13.01.2016 is hereby confirmed. A copy of this order be furnished by the Registry to Mr. Justice Prasanta Kumar Deka, Former Judge, Gauhati High Court. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on 23.05.2026.
