GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in not taking further steps in registering the F.I.R on the petitioners complaints, Dt. 20.08.2025 and Dt. 26.08.2025 inspite of repeated requests, though it is a cognizable offence, as nothing but illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and violative of fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India 2 and also contrary to the Judgment in Lolita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh, rendered by the Honble Supreme Court of India and consequently direct the Respondents, to take action by registering the F.I.R on the petitioners complaints Dt.20.08.2025 and 26.08.2025.” 2.
