Name of various Advocates are mentioned in cause list on behalf of petitioner, however, none appeared to press this petition. 2. The order sheet indicates that on 26.02.2020 this writ petition was dismissed being infructuous in absence counsel for petitioner, however, it was restored vide order dated 09.08.2021. This Court vide order dated 05.08.2025 has fixed the matter today for hearing. 3. When this writ petition was filed petitioner was aged about 58 years, therefore, he must have now aged about 78 years. The prayer in this writ petition is to grant pay scale on the post of Senior Meter Mechanic according to Government Order. 4. Since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, therefore, it appears that petitioner as well as his counsel, are not diligent to pursue this case. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with cost of Rs. 5000/- to be deposited in the Bank account of High Court Legal Services Committee. 5. Registry would accept any application for restoration, if filed, only with proof of payment of cost.
