Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Anganwadi worker while consider the case of Anganwadi helper to the said post is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Anganwadi worker, Gadekal-I Aganwadi Centre and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to fill the vacancy of Gadekal-I, Anganwadi Centre, Gadekal Village, Vidapanakal Mandal, Ananthapuramu District pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Anganwadi worker while consider the case of Anganwadi helper to the said post is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Anganwadi worker, Gadekal-I Anganwadi Centre and pass…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K. Sreedhar Murthy,
learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petition may be
disposed of, no further orders are required in this matter, since the relief has become infructuous.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs.
