Directing the respondent to enable the petitioner to participate in the second round of counseling of PG-NEET which is scheduled from 20.09.2023, and thereby allowing the petitioner to log in, in the portal for further progress in participating in the allotment of college as per Annexure-f. 2. Pass such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. We notice that an interim order has been passed on 19.09.2023 directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the ongoing second round of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1946-DB WP No. 20669 of 2023 counseling and permit the petitioner to exercise her option with regard to choice of College. 3. In view of the interim order passed and in view of the fact that the admission concerned is for the year 2023, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for consideration except to state that benefits, if any, which have accrued to the petitioner on account of the interim order, shall not be disturbed. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of without affecting the rights of the petitioner which have been accrued on the basis of the interim order passed.
