Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. The claim made by the petitioner is with regard to consideration of petitioner's request for entering petitioner's name in the mutation records in respect of the subject land. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has made a representation as at Annexure-F to the respondent - authority. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23510 WP No. 23458 of 2024 3. On careful examination of the writ petition would indicate that letter dated 26.08.2022 (Annexure-C) has been addressed by respondent No.3 to the Assistant Director of Land Records, Chikkamagalur, with regard to the subject land. In that view of the matter, as it is claimed by the petitioner that land has been granted to the petitioner's father during 1937 and saguvali chit has been issued on 31.10.1938, I am of the view that, there is no impediment for respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner as at Annexure-F to the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner as at Annexure-F within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
