The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authority in considering the representation dated 07.08.2025, whereby the petitioner brought to the notice of the 3'^^ respondent that she has title over a plot admeasuring 144 square yards forms part and parcel of Sy.No.89/P in Chinnamushidivada Village Visakhapatnam District, and seeking cancellation of the building permit order dated 17.03.2022 issued to the 5*^ respondent on the same Pendurthi Mandal, subject land. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner was granted a house site patta on 14.10.1988 by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Pendurthi. The vendor of the 5^^ respondent was also granted a patta by the Tahsildar of Pendurthi Mandal. A clarification was sought from the Tahsildar, Pendurthi, with regard to the genuineness of patta issued for Plot No.18 in Sy.No.89/P of Chinnamushidivada Village, Pendurthi Mandal. After due enquiry, the Tahsildar informed the 3 ■petitioner’s patta was found in the records of the revenue authority, whereas the patta of the vendor of the 5‘^ respondent was not found in the records. It is submitted that the 5*^ respondent approached the 2 respondent and obtained permission for construction of a house. The 2 rd respondent that the nd nd \ -3- W.P. No.23813 of 2025 Date of order:09.09.2025 respondent has also accorded permission for construction of a house to the petitioner. 3. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.08.2025 requesting the 3^'^ respondent to cancel the permission granted in favour of the 5‘^ respondent, as the 5'^ respondent allegedly purchased the plot from one Smt. P.Nookalu, wife of Muthyalu, whose patta certificate was not found in the revenue records. 4. The learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submits that both the petitioner and the 5*^ respondent applied for building permission online and that grant of such permission does not confer any ownership rights to either the petitioner or the respondent. 5. Be that as it may, considering the prayer of the petitioner seeking a direction for consideration of her representation and pass necessary orders, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission by directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 07.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks after issuing notice to the parties concerned. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs. 7. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
