To direct the District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-II, Allahabad to decide the SCC Suit No. 3 of 2023 (Smt. Renu Rajat @ Renu Sahai and another vs. Smt. Nirmala Devi) within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2023. Therefore, a direction may be issued to District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-II, Allahabad to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-II, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid Suit in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. In case, adjournment is granted, Court shall record reasons for adjournment and may impose cost, if required.
