The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief:- 2 “i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to modify order (Annexure P-1) and to direct the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner in service from initial date of appointment instead of re- appointment with consequential / monetary benefit of the intervening period, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. The petitioner has sought modification of Annexure P/1 dated 21.06.2021, whereby the services of one Madan Lal Sahu were reinstated on the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat). 3. As the order Annexure P/1 does not confer any right on the petitioner, the order impugned cannot be modified. 4. Accordingly, this petition is hereby dismissed. 5.
