ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent police in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner by threatening and summoning to the police station without following the due process of law which is arbitrary illegal and a clear violation of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2nd Respondent police not to interfere in any manner with the personal liberty of the petitioner not to summon or call him to the police station without following the due process of law and to refrain from taking any coercive action against the petitioner and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint given by the unofficial respondent, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime has been registered against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between
the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
