PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 28.01.2014 passed by the learned Judge, Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palamaner, Chittoor District in C.C.No.86 of 2013. 2. Heard. Perused the record. 3. A perusal of the letter received from the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Palamaner, indicates that Mahindra Car No.TN07 BR 0456 was released to the vehicle owner on 01.04.2015 as per the orders of learned VIII Additional District Judge, Chittoor and a copy of the letter addressed by the Forest Range Officer, Palamaner and a copy of the order passed by the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Chittoor dated 01.4.2015 are placed on record. 4. As this revision petition is filed questioning the orders passed by the Judge, Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palamaner, Chittoor District in C.C.No.86 of 2013 wherein the revision petitioner contended that the learned Magistrate directed the interim custody of the vehicle bearing No. TN07 BR 0456 and this revision petition was filed by the petitioner/Owner of the Vehilce- Dr.V.Sudheer Babu, whereas the letter received from the learned Magistrate shows that the said property was already released to the vehicle owner. This Court finds that cause in the present Criminal Revision Case does not survive. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as the cause does not survive.
