While placing on record communication dated 28.10.2025, issued under the signatures of CEO-cum- Secretary HIMUDA, Shimla, Mr. C.N.Singh, learned counsel for the respondent states that pursuant to the judgment sought to be complied with, meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee was convened and on the basis of the recommendation given by the DPC, petitioner herein has been promoted to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Level-11 of Pay matrix of Rs. 38500-122700 of HPCS(Revised Pay) Rules, 2022. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that mandate contained in the judgment stands duly complied with.
