(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 8.1.2025, issued under the signature of Executive Director (Pers.), Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd., Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla, Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents, states that case of the petitioner has been considered in light of judgment dated 9.5.2022 passed by this Court in CWP No. 6443 of 2021, titled Babu Ram v. State of Himachal Pradesh and connected matters and taking note of the same, competent authority has decided to grant benefits of approved military services in the pay fixation to all the Ex-Servicemen, who have been appointed before the amendment made by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Rule-5(1) of the Demobilized Armed Forces Personnel (Reservation of Vacancies in Himachal - 2 - Pradesh State Non-Technical Services) Rules, 1972, vide notification dated 29.1.2018. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and as such, same is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
